It is always amusing to see how a cartoon, especially editorial cartoons (four or less frames) can created in so much creative way and sum up a current event with a humorous picture. Most cartoons always created in distinctive cleaver views depend on stand point of cartoonist yet they are right into the subject of different things that are happening in the world.

This piece, I stole from Daily Yomiuri Online, is one of them.  It brought me a big laugh with a novel illustration on a modern-day problem in Japan and maybe most of countries.


Tokyo by Hiroyuki Midorikawa, won Kondo Hidezo Prize over the Yomiuri International Cartoon Contest.
